Background
Compliance Concepts, Inc. (CCI), incorporated in July 1997 as a compliance-consulting firm, provides organizational compliance advice to entities worldwide. Consulting offices are located in Pittsburgh, Philadelphia, and Scranton, Pennsylvania. ComplianceLine, SanctionCheck and VisualEthics, operating divisions of CCI, are headquartered in Charlotte, NC, and currently services in excess of 700 global customers.
Our more frequently contracted health care services include: risk assessments, forensic audits, chargemaster reviews, billing and coding audits, CIA reviews, and education and training programs. CCI’s hotline reporting service, ComplianceLine, became fully operational in 1998, while our SanctionCheck employee and vendor screening service was first introduced in 1999.
Our Team
The principals of CCI, Andrew Quinn, a former Assistant United States Attorney; Patrick Marion, a former Manager for the Office of Inspector General; Stephen Spargo, a former financial executive; and Lyn Chew, a certified teacher of health education, bring varied and diverse experiences to the compliance arena. This unique blend of talent lends an excellent informational source to any client. The Charlotte, NC office of CCI is managed by Steve Evans, VP of Operations and Bryan Rainey, VP of IT. Both Mr. Evans and Mr. Rainey have been involved within the compliance arena, specifically whistle-blower help lines, for over 17 years.
