 Before any records can be requested or audits initiated, RACs must conduct Provider Outreach sessions for each state within their jurisdiction. At these meetings, representatives of CMS and the RAC will review the RAC process and answer specific questions from providers and their state associations. Be sure to attend the meeting nearest you.
